Pilates is a movement exercise. With concentration, centering, precision of movement, breath, control and intuition we condition our bodies to their fullest potential. As Pilates instructors we continually condition our own bodies for health and to further understand the Pilates method that we share with others. This 2 hour workshop is a great opportunity for teachers to workout and to gain a deeper understanding of the the method in our own bodies. Ken Heizman will lead the workout/workshop, and with all of the best Gratz Pilates equipment available it lead many different directions depending on the needs and wants of the participants. Bring questions and requests, or just come to workout and discover. Two Sundays, July 28, and August 4th, 12-2pm. $50 each day. Come one Sunday or both. All Pilates instructors are welcome!
