Pilates Workshop w/Ken Heizman Pedi Pole, Magic Circle, Foot Corrector, and more...Sunday December 4th, 2016, 10am - 2pm.

​This workshop will cover the "original" pedi-pole, magic circle, foot corrector exercises and more, as taught to Ken Heizman by Pilates Elder Jay Grimes. What makes these Pilates apparatus unique and necessary? When and how should they be used to gain the greatest benefit for the body? How do they fit with the rest of the Pilates "system"? Toe corrector, 2x4, breath-a-cizer, sand bag, hand weight, and other apparatus and exercises will also be covered. Bring your questions, and be prepared to work out.

The workshop is open to Pilates teachers and experienced Pilates practitionres who would like further their understanding of the method.
